All About OHDV
The Oak Highlands / Deer Valley subdivision is located in the Cane Ridge Community of southeast Davidson County. The HOA is governed by a seven-member board which hires professional management to support its purposes. With over 530 single-family homes just north of Pettus Road and east of Old Hickory Boulevard along either side of Blue Hold Road, our community hosts one of Nashville's most diverse populations who have easy access to both the city's urban core and some of the last rural and semi-rural lands in Davidson County. We are a very short drive from the Rutherford and Williamson County lines.
Residents enjoy association-established amenities such as a lighted tennis court, walking trail (overlooking Mill Creek), and a playground with nearby "little library." We take pride in maintaining an attractive community and recognize a "Yard of the Month" during most months of the year.
The peaceful and welcoming atmosphere of our community has made Oak Highlands and Deer Valley a great place to call "home" since the original developments launched in the late 1980s.
